Flying into Gunnison-Crested Butte (GUC) airport is the easiest way to get here. But if those flights don’t work, make sure to check out Montrose (MTJ). For the 2019-2020 ski season, it’s offering direct flights from Denver, Dallas, Phoenix, Houston, Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Salt Lake City. Once one the ground, it’s an easy 90-minute scenic ground transfer to Crested Butte.
